“The proprietor, CEO and senior leaders have a clear vision for the proposed school. This vision ensures that the needs of the pupils admitted are met well so that they can thrive in a positive, ambitious environment. The proprietor has established an inclusive and pupil-focused ethos. There is a clear emphasis on promoting pupils’ wellbeing. Through appropriate training, staff will adopt a trauma-informed approach to support the pupils, enabling them to respond effectively and provide timely, appropriate support.”
